CES differs from most consultancies in that our structure allows the Firm to undertake remediation projects on behalf of our clients. This is typically done under either a lump sum, cost plus or alliance arrangement. Being responsible for the satisfactory execution of a remediation strategy provides a strong alignment of interests with our client.
